We are a medium sized Firm with Offices in Linlithgow and Mid Calder/Livingston.

The Firm was established in 1894 by James Kidd, M.P. who entered into partnership with Colonel Edward Peterkin to cater for legal needs of local people, both business and family.  We are proud of our local roots and connections but are also proud that we serve a client base throughout Scotland.
